RETURNS

- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 21 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached and proof of purchase provided.
- Original Condition: Natural Kynd can only accept returns on items in their absolute original condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Permanent sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Rejected Returns: If an item is returned not in its original condition (e.g., with makeup stains), we cannot process the return. The customer will be responsible for return shipping to have the item sent back.

- Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at hello@naturalkynd.com with your Order Number, Full Name, Email Address, and the product(s) you wish to return.
- Processing Time: Allow 2-3 business days from delivery for us to process your return request. Once we receive the item(s), we will complete the return within 7 working days.
- Change of Mind or Incorrect Fit: Return shipping for these cases is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.

- Store Credit Only: Purchases made with discount codes or during sales are only eligible for store credit.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Contact us at hello@naturalkynd.com to arrange this.
